Dr. Adam Schaeffer, Director of Research at Valor America, is a leading Republican political scientist dedicated to experimental election research.
Dr. Schaeffer hails from Cincinnati, Ohio where he developed his intense commitment to the pursuit of what is true and what works. He is one of only a handful of Republican political scientists who has undertaken the years of effort to learn the “experimentalism” of the new Democratic election world. Adam is the Director of Research for Valor America, guiding our team to study the Democratic electorate in every race where Valor America will deploy ads. That research allows Valor America to design better ads that we know in advance will be persuasive with key Democratic voters who we are targeting to switch sides.
Those same tests allow us to develop a highly precise profile of the persuadable voter and aggressively go after everyone in the district or state who matches that profile. No other team on the Right can do this. Dr. Schaeffer has a BA from Colgate and a Master’s in Social Science from the University of Chicago. He also earned a Ph.D. from the powerhouse Democratic training ground program in Politics at the University of Virginia. Adam and his wife Sabrina live in Maryland with their three children.
