Phil Caparso, Special Assistant to the Founder at Valor America, is a dedicated supporter liaison with a background in political activism.
Phil lives in New Hampshire with his two teenage sons. He has a long history of political activism and campaign work going back to his college years in Philadelphia at Vallanova. Phil is a storyteller and a humorist who also has a deep conviction for the America First agenda.
In 2020, Phil joined the Valor America team as a Special Assistant to our founder, Joe Arlinghaus. Phil is charged with keeping in contact with our donors and answering questions for them when Mr. Arlinghaus is too busy. Phil is a Boston kid. He adores Bruins Hockey and Celtics basketball. His two sons always come first for him. He is a man of faith and conviction.
Ask Phil about his work in the election of a Teamster’s President and you’ll hear some stories you’ll never forget.
Phil travels the country meeting new donors but his primary work is on the phone daily just making sure our supporters are ok.
Every day, the Valor America team has a midday Zoom meeting where any of our staff around the country can join with the staff in Dallas for short prayers for our work and for the intentions of our people. Phil never misses these meetings and always brings the hopes and fears and concerns of donors to the meeting so we can all ask God for help for those who help us.
